Sports administrator, entrepreneur and founder of SheFights Malaysia. I bring people, programmes and partnerships together to support athletes, strengthen organisations and help women build confidence through martial arts.
I work across federation administration, funding coordination and athlete development. As Treasurer of the Malaysia Wrestling Federation and President of the Selangor State Ju Jitsu Association, I help turn development priorities into practical programmes and opportunities.
From national team travel to international competition delivery, I coordinate the people, schedules and arrangements that keep things moving. My experience includes SEA Games team management, grappling championships and combat sports events in Malaysia and abroad.
Through SheFights Malaysia, I develop and deliver self-defence education, corporate workshops and community programmes. My work helps women build confidence, understand personal safety and develop practical skills through martial arts.
I combine an MBA in Management with practical experience in academy management, programme development and brand building. Through Hammerfist and my wider work in sport, I develop partnerships, guide teams and create structure for organisations to grow.
My journey began on the mats. It grew into a commitment to shape what happens beyond them.
I’m Faeznur Farok, better known as Benny, a Malaysian entrepreneur, sports administrator and founder of SheFights Malaysia. Martial arts taught me courage, discipline and resilience. Those values now guide my work in building organisations, supporting athletes and creating opportunities for women through sport.
Through SheFights, I bring self-defence education to women in workplaces and communities, helping them develop practical skills and confidence in their own capabilities. At Hammerfist, I bring together business development, partnerships and academy leadership to support an environment where athletes, coaches and members can grow.
My work extends from grassroots programmes to national team management and international sporting platforms. From directing my first combat sports event in 2021 to supporting Malaysia’s participation at the SEA Games and representing the Malaysia Wrestling Federation at UWW Congresses, I have come to understand how much progress depends on the people working behind the scenes.
With an MBA in Management and experience across sport and entrepreneurship, I bring both ambition and structure to that responsibility: connecting people, turning ideas into programmes and following through on the details that make them possible.
My ambition is to help build a stronger future for Malaysian sport—one where women have greater confidence to participate, athletes have clearer pathways to progress, and opportunity reaches further into our communities.
